For a smooth experience, returns are only accepted while the courier is still at your door — you can try on the item quickly while they wait.

If there is a defect in your item, we’ll gladly offer a return or exchange free of charge.

Otherwise, exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is in its original condition with the tag attached. A shipping fee will be applied in this case.

Exchanges must be for items of equal or higher value. If you’d like to exchange for a lower-priced item, the price difference will be issued as store credit.
